• How long will my order take to arrive?

  Depending on the current queue, your order will take between 2 and 10 working days. You will be advised when you order is on the way!

• Which Payment Methods are available?

  All payments are made through PayFast which is 3D secure. Visa, EFT, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.

Returns & Refunds

• Will you exchange or refund a product?

  We will exchange or refund a product when:

  • There is valid proof or purchase.
  • It is within 1 week of the original purchase date.
  • It is in original packaging / condition and the product is clearly defective from the 3D Printer

• Will you replace a defective product?

  We will replace a defective product provided that:

  • There is a valid proof of purchase.
  • It is within 1 week of the original purchase date.
  • Product is defective to manufacturer workmanship.

• How do I get a copy of my invoice?

  In the top right menu, click on my account, then click on orders. Next to each order will be a download invoice button.
